At Kennedy Creative Events, we’ve worked with iconic American brands, small mom n’ pops, and everyone in between to throw events with swagger. We are a top-to-bottom events agency that executes flawlessly. Oh, and we have fun doing it, too!

Based in Austin, Texas – the Live Music Capitol of the World – our team is a group of creatives, visionaries, perfectionists and specialists. We know all the best places, we dig your ideas, and we’re oddly obsessed with detail. (But in an endearing way.)

Natalie Kennedy

The founder and owner of Kennedy Creative Events, Natalie is our fearless leader. With over 20 years of experience in the event industry, she uses foresight, hindsight, and x-ray vision to give clients the experiences of their dreams. A fitness fanatic, sailing enthusiast, and world traveler, Natalie never met a challenge she couldn’t summit. Natalie and her husband are parents to two boys, and one adorable dog.

Heather Niemeyer

From financials to client/partner relations. corporate events to collective office sanity, Heather keeps our whole operation on track. Her chameleon ways make her a remarkable team player and excellent resource. With a personable nature, unyielding vitality, and an infectious laugh, Heather facilitates and maintains the relationships we value most.

Heather Leigh

Whether she’s planning a VIP dinner or a pop-art theme party, clients turn to Heatherly for her know-how and professionalism. Thirsty for variety, Heatherly loves that every day has something new to offer. Keeping a balanced life is crucial to this yoga-centric lady, so don’t be alarmed if you find her cross-legged on the office floor.

Jenny Buchanan

Jenny is our liaison between Kennedy and our strategic partners, making sure every event is smooth sailin’. Like any good diplomat, she’s always jetting back and forth, greeting our partners with a ready grin and inventive ideas. On any given Sunday, she can be found seeking out a fabulous brunch, or shamelessly consuming cheesy romance novels.

Amy Short

Amy may have a formal degree in interior design, but a lifetime of creative living. Her passion for design and new ideas keep her work current, fresh, and original, helping her craft events for clients tailored just for them. Amy loves to travel, be outside, and try new things – and she’s pretty darn crafty, too.

Jennifer Reese Walker

A seasoned globe trotter, Jenn has helped produce events all over the world. Her ability to plan and execute events cross-culturally makes her a multiplicity master, from high-touch VIP events to trade shows and exhibits. And while she typically unwinds with tunes and sunshine, on the job, her zip and drive rivals the Energizer Bunny.

Cristin Meehan

Our brides’ best friend and event expert. Whether you’re walking down the aisle or dancing to 80’s tunes in neon spandex, Cristin pays obsessive attention to detail to keep your party on point. Her ability to understand each client’s unique style makes all of her events one-of-a-kind. Cristin has a love for the elements, and on the weekend, can be found lounging on the water or under the sun.

Reese Cisneros

If Kennedy were a circus, Reese would be our trick juggler. Handling an out-of-state corporate event, running airport pick-ups, and organizing social affairs – simultaneously – is what this girl does best. She is a people person who facilitates and maintains close relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, putting on stellar events and exceeding client expectations. She also has a not-so-secret penchant for volleyball and stand-up paddle boarding.

Helen Ralowicz

Helen creates fantastic events guaranteed not only to brings smiles – but blow minds. Her background in theater led her to pursue a career in a creative field, and now, she does everything from event production to creating high-level proposals. She’s also a total foodie, and during her free time, can usually be found at a food truck near you.

Grace Allen

With a strong DMC background that began in Washington, DC, Grace is a master at developing solid relationships. From events at The Smithsonian to galas honoring a former US president, this go-getter learned first-hand how to create high profile productions with, well, grace! Now an Austin girl, Grace works with clients from conception to production, start to finish. Outside of the office, she is both a yoga enthusiast and a seasoned Mexican Martini connoisseur.

Wren Reynolds

Wren is the jack of all trades for the events she plans. She juggles all aspects of the event process, from finding our fabulous clients to designing the event down to the last sparkle. This girl has a refined taste for beer, and after-hours, can be found sipping them like a lady or hanging out at sunny Barton Springs with her boyfriend.

Lauren Hunt

Lauren is our Marketing & Social Media Manager, who runs all of our online and offline Marketing and PR efforts. She helps to portray the heart & voice of Kennedy Creative, while finding new ways to engage our wonderful clients! She is a closet West Wing fanatic, musician, lover of all things chocolate and frequents the Goodwill for hidden treasures!


Caroline Queen

Natalie’s right-hand woman, Caroline, helps the office run smoothly by coordinating event logistics and balancing crazy scheduling! Caroline honed her knack for event planning and general stick-to-it-ness in Los Angeles, but hungry for a taste of Southern hospitality, she came back to her native hometown, Austin. Just don’t be surprised if you see her on a flight to Florence come vacation: a die hard Italophile, she’s already been three times.

Our Process. The not-so-secret formula.

1 Find your why

Here at Kennedy, we go through a process to help you refine your event goals. Why are you hosting it? What do you hope the outcome will be? Is there a product you want to launch, an individual you want to honor? This is where we take your event’s pulse, and find its heartbeat.

2 Create a vision

We take our conversations, brainstorms, scheming and dreaming, and give you a tantalizing taste of your event on paper. We generate a creative strategy, draw up a proposal with every last detail, and in many cases, create a vision board and/or event rendering. We want each element to match your image and goals, and will fine-tune our vision with you until it’s just right.

3 Build the event

From venue to vendors, we put all the pieces together. We’ll allocate your budget, negotiate contracts, perform site inspections, and deliver impeccable design and décor.

4 Bring it to life

As your on-site experts, we’ll coordinate the minute-by-minute activities of your event, making sure everything goes smoothly and handling any last-minute decisions. We’ll also manage the event’s close, so you can get home for some much needed shut-eye.

5 Evaluate your success

After your event is through, we’ll provide you a post-event report detailing your original goals and how they were met. We’ll look at what worked, what to tweak for next time, review the post-event billings and provide a comprehensive statement on your event investment. We’re from Texas, so we’ll probably give you a good-bye hug, too.
