With a strong DMC background that began in Washington, DC, Grace is a master at developing solid relationships. From events at The Smithsonian to galas honoring a former US president, this go-getter learned firsthand how to create high profile productions with, well, grace! Now a longtime Austin girl, Grace works with clients to develop unique and memorable events custom fit for every program. Whitney is the jack of all trades for the events she plans. She juggles all aspects of the event process, from finding our fabulous clients to designing the event down to the last sparkle. This girl has a refined taste for beer, and after-hours, can be found sipping them like a lady or hanging out at sunny Barton Springs.

Heather “B” White
Think you’ve got B figured out? Think again, friend. This top-notch sales and wedding coordinator has studied forensic profiling, served in the armed forces, raced mini monster trucks with her dad, and done event photography with her mom, and now she’s raising adorable twin girls with her husband while coordinating sales operations for the coolest event planning agency in town. (Oh, and she can fix your car, too.)
Ask Marisa what she majored in at the University of Georgia, and she answers like this: “Advertising major, Sociology minor, New Media certificate, concentration in having a blast.” Born in the north and bred in the south, this recent Austin transplant is one part social butterfly, one part treehugger and one part adventure junkie. With heaps of experience in the marketing and events industries, our favorite international backpacker and blogger can’t stay still for long.
WORDS TO LIVE BY: “The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
A lifelong Austinite and proud Texas Longhorn who bleeds burnt orange, Hallie has a secret: she wishes she’d also gone to Hogwarts. Eating too much sushi, watching a football game and doing yoga in Zilker Park is her idea of a perfect Saturday, and here’s a fun fact about the math-minded history buff, event production wizard and friend-to-all-clients: she happens to be a direct descendant of Mark Twain.
Lerin Van Buren
This proud Italian Aggie doesn’t do anything halfway, whether it’s running a half-marathon, living it up with her husband in downtown Austin, or whipping up a delicious dinner without putting her wine glass down once. (Oh, and she’s an exemplary sales coordinator, too.) Fun fact: Lerin lived in Albuquerque while Breaking Bad was being filmed, and she’s seen where Walter White lived and buried his money.
A woman of many nicknames, Bronwyn (aka Brony, Bron, B, and Bronywhen) keeps Kennedy’s numbers on point at all times. Having spent more than two decades in the Bay area before coming to Austin, she’s been a lifelong 49ers fan — even through the dark years. She loves hanging in Lakeway and South Austin with her boyfriend and her retired racing greyhound, Eddie (as in Eddie DeBartolo, of course).
Lindsay has planned events all over the US, but despite her travels, there’s no city she’d rather call home than Austin. With a background in event production, she’s able to both lend a creative lens and act as a logistical sounding board to clients. On the weekends, you can find this avid foodie eating her way through the Austin restaurant scene, and if you challenge her to a blind taste test over a cheese board, you’ll probably lose.
This Florida-born War Eagle is new to Austin, but she’s already got a packed social calendar and a favorite place to take in the sights: namely, the ever-changing Baylor Street art wall. It’s a testament to her powers of friendship that she’s been a bridesmaid (or maid of honor) seven times; in fact, she’s saving the dresses and aiming to make it to 27. With a personality like hers, we predict she’ll hit that goal in no time.
Lacey may be an LA-born globetrotter, but she’s a Texan through and through. This Pepperdine alum (with a degree in production and film) has been to dozens of countries, but always loves coming home to Austin. Forever a foodie, a red wine connoisseur and a Netflix binge enthusiast, Lacey counts her Chihuahua (“Bruiser”), hot air ballooning, and weekend road trips among her favorite things.
Natalie “Sunny” Fellows
In case you were wondering, Sunny’s disposition absolutely lives up to her nickname. This ultra-talented event producer loves cooking, wine… and doing her signature move – “the flight attendant” – after indulging in a bit of the latter. Her weekends are spent with her husband and their two pups, Emma and Ava, and they’re all as lucky to have her as we are.
Our resident pop culture connoisseur and bibliophile runs a book club, can recite every line of Great Expectations, and knows everything there is to know about Ryan Adams and Joe Purdy. When she’s not locking down deals for Kennedy’s clients and generally being awesome, she can often be found exploring the city or crying at a chick flick. Kaitlyn lives in Hyde Park with her boyfriend and her King Charles Cavalier, Carlisle.
Kristen went to Pepperdine University where she ran track, was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta and graduated with a degree in Advertising. She has lived in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Hawaii, where she worked on the hit CBS TV show, Hawaii Five-O. Despite being a total beach bum with a wanderlust spirit, she believes she’s found her forever home in Austin, where she appreciates Southern hospitality, lake days and all things Tex Mex. Kristen is a fitness junkie, wine-n-dine fanatic, globe trotter (Australia and London are among her favorites) dark chocolate connoisseur, and country music enthusiast.
